Beer 52 commissioned me encapsulate a tour in Ireland that would include three major cities for the cover of  their latest issue of Ferment Magazine. The tour would include a suggested cycle routes, a beer and cheese tasting menu and much much more. My job way bring together the many elements into once cohesive cover that celebrate it all.
